RETURN POLICY

You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Please note: Personalized products cannot be returned unless the product was damaged or delivered incorrectly.

REFUNDS

If you are entitled to a refund under our returns policy, we will process it within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be made to the same payment method you used.

Damaged or incorrect products: If your product is damaged or delivered incorrectly, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of receipt. We will then send a replacement free of charge or process a full refund.
